If he was a white Republican they would never stop complaining about him.

Your assumption that liberals still love him is wrong. It's mostly a matter of not having an alternative. It's not like the Republicans would end those laws.

Obama is not a liberal. We liberals know this.

We like him better than most democrats but we know he's not a liberal and never has been. So we will have lots of problems with his more right-wing policies and decisions.
