5 AnswersYahoo Answers1 year agoHow do Christians who don't accept the trinity reconcile God and Jesus and the Holy Spirit?
God is God, for Christians, that's a given, but an actual Christian believes that Jesus died for their sin and then were under "grace" which, by Biblical definition, is being filled with the Holy Spirit.
If all these are completely separate entities, wouldn't that make someone who does not accept the trinity guilty of idolatry because they believe that their salvation comes from something other than faith in God?

9 AnswersYahoo Answers2 years agoAm I alone in thinking that modern "liberals" should find a more appropriate term for themselves?
I'm pretty conservative with libertarian leanings, and I am far more "liberal" than most of the leftists who often want to ONLY silence dissent and call names, and not allow conservatives to speak publicly (when they can stop it), and then call THEM fascists!!! Amazing...that they then call themselves "liberal."
How did this term get attributed to people who exhibit such UNliberal traits?
15 AnswersPolitics3 years agoDemocrats..please tell me the course of action Trump could take that would appease you, short of ignoring our border and the law completely.?
Since nothing he does is good enough, what would you have him do now? I am asking sincerely. I may not agree with you, but I do want to know how the ones still complaining would do things differently. I don't want to blow your minds, but I am actually being open-minded and looking for real ideas.
8 AnswersPolitics3 years agoCan anyone give an explanation for the continued complaining by Democrats about Trump stopping the separations at the border?
They and others were crying about the 'children,' and when he does something about that, they are still complaining. I have yet to hear a Democrat praise the move. They just move on to their next complaint. I'm starting to think the complaint wasn't really about the children at all.
Are they just made because he stole their platform for November?
6 AnswersPolitics3 years agoAll of you saying that Kim was the big winner, etc., can any of you tell me what he won?? I still have no idea.?
Military exercises were suspended, and he got a mini vacation, some publicity, and a good meal or two. Hardly a "win" on the scale most of you are making it out to be.
1 AnswerPolls & Surveys3 years agoNeed a native French speaker to translate: "Data plate is attached and legible."?
The "data plate" is the metal card that is riveted to machinery giving the serial number, product number, and other info.

13 AnswersPolitics7 years agoWould democrats lose elections if IDs were required? Is that the worry?
They say it's about "suppression," but MOST people already have some form if ID because they live here and have needed one for nearly every other thing they have to do in life--like cash checks and drive. So why the vehement opposition to the requirement??
I'm not trying to be antagonistic. I honestly don't understand the problem, so civil explanations are welcome. It's just never been explained to me in a way that makes sense. Who would be "suppressed?"
14 AnswersPolitics7 years agoDoes the fact that a person can get 2 counts of murder for killing a pregnant woman confuse anyone else?
If the unborn are "not people," how is it that this could happen? People kill the unborn all the time, either they're people or they aren't. If they are, how is it that abortion is still legal?
The only difference is that one is wanted and one is not. Which, by the way, is a very sad commentary on how some people define a "person." Would any of the pro-choice folks here be willing to go tell any unwanted child that they aren't a person because they aren't wanted?
4 AnswersLaw & Ethics7 years agoIs anyone else having trouble with Y!A today?
It says I've reached my limit for answers (after 3 or so for the day?), and that some questions are deleted---then shows them and their answers after a bit.

Or is it a fluke? Is one notified somehow when they are blocked by another user?
