If congress says no to war..?

If President Obama asks congress to declare war and they vote no, then President Obama proceeds to order the troops to attack Syria, what recourse does Congress have constitutionally? Impeachment, cutting off funds, or what?

Impeachment (formally charging the President with a crime; an indictment) and then a trial and possible removal from office.

They need to grow some stones and request that the UN send troops HERE to supervise some serious indictments of Bush and his accomplices and Congressional Impeachment Trials for the current Zionist Puppet Administration.

Fact is we are not defending our own constitution. We need help.

Chemical False Flag attack in Syria had been in planning for many years.

first - that is not going to happen.

second - the president has not asked congress to declare war only to allow missile strikes.

third - congress isn't going to approve them.

forth - the president has talked himself into a corner . the public doesn't like the idea of attacking syria. so asking congress is his way of getting off the hook.

None so long as Obama adheres to the PATRIOT Act (Which gives him the authority to act arbitrarily in the Nation's defense)
