Anywhere the gospel is preached and the sacraments are administered is where the Church is to be found. Catholic or Protestant? I would say that it depends upon the Protestant. As a Lutheran I would say that Rome is doing a better job than some Protestant Churches. I can't tell you where you should be I can only tell you why I am where I am. Pray about it and study the scriptures. The writing of the early Church father are also a valuable resource. Don't assume that all protestants believe the same thing.

That's spelled "Protestant,"
And Henry VIII was a very late-comer to Protestantism. In fact, until he got into a fight with the Pope over a divorce, he was honored by the Church for writing anti-Protestant propaganda.
Protestantism would still exist had he remained Catholic and kept England so.

It wasn't Henry VIII. It was Martin Luther who "protested" against the letters of indulgence which the catholic church sold to the people to finance the construction of St. Peter. He also translated the bible into German for everybody to read (another source of mistakes in terms of languages).
Henry VIII detached from Rome for his marriage reasons but Martin Luther was first, although they've been very close in time range.

Many who are called protestant are not. The catholic church is actually protestant of Christianity; although they insisted and still insist on keeping the name, even going so far as to claim itself the original and true church.

Certain sects of Protestants broke away from the Catholic church because they did not like how the Catholic Church ran things. For instance, the early Catholics did not want church members to read the bible for themselves, they wanted only the church leaders to interpret the bible for everyone. They also did not want the bible translated into anything but Latin at one point, and many other things.

That question just shows a lack of historical and theological knowledge. Protestantism was founded my Martin Luther a German reformer.

Neither.
Orthodoxy is the best.
1)"Holy Fire" is a yearly miracle in Jerusalem Orthodox Church on the Holy Saturday; it doesn't burn you.
2)God-bearer Virgin Mary had no personal sins, but the original sin (eating of the forbidden fruit) was on Her. She died 15 years after Christ's ascension. Jesus resurrected Her body in 3 days. She gave a prophecy lately that 666 is given when people stretch hands to receive a certain plastic card.
3)Serafim of Sarov and Sergei of Radonezh will be resurrected during Apocalypse. This is proof that Orthodoxy is the only true faith.
4)Enoch and Elijah will be resurrected in a few days after antichrist kills them. This will be televised.
