How to slim down arms (woman)?
I began working out my arms a few months ago because I've always been uncomfortable how I gain weight in my upper arms and it makes them look disproportionally large. However my arms are just as big, they're just muscular bulky instead. Is there any exercises to make my muscles leaner instead of just making them bulky?

Working out your arms won't necessarily make you lose fat in your arms, you will just gain muscle there. You can't target fat loss, your body overall just loses fat. So working out any part of your body will make you lose fat.
