If I have a Lifetime Hunting/Fishing License...?

Can I sell the furs that I got from trapping since the Lifetime includes a trapping and fur license?

I have never seen a lifetime license, I guess i would check with your local department of natural resources, most of them have a 800 number you can call and they can tell you for sure on stuff like this.

Actually, contrary to A. Bitter Klinger's comment, a fur trapping license gives you the lawful ability to trap fur-bearing animals, and thus I would be completely and utterly shocked if it also constituted as a commercial trapping license, where you trap to sell the fur. You should definitely check with your local game agency before doing something that may be unlawful.

  • Ask the agency which issued your license. You haven't even told us where you live, so we can't give informed answers.

  • YES! the license gives you harvest rights, what you do with it is, largely, your business.
