What happened to yahoo answers? ... I can't find anything.?

I got the same thing, its so stupid. Just change your thing to "Ca.Yahoo.com/answers" its the canadian yahoo answers, they did not change that.

I didn`t like the new blue at first and can get the old green if I use Internet Expl.... but the spell checker is not as good as apple safari. I have learned to live with a lot of changes since the 1401 computer.

Look at all the sh!t it took to make a 1401 work with less memory than the average cell phone.

I had the same problem.

I got the old "green" layout back by clearing my history both in the browser's settings and in my logged in "online settings." Every time the stupid purple layout comes back, I clear all the histories I can find and the better layout is back (I'm using Comodo Dragon, a Chrome based browser).

I tried Safari and Firefox and got the new layout but on Chrome I get the old layout. Every time Yahoo "improves" something they make it worse. I guess their philosophy is if it ain't broke - fix it anyway. Those high priced overpaid 20 something programmers have to justify their salary somehow.

I love the new layout. Especially the bonus features - like allowing top contributors to click on people's screen names and it brings up their real name, physical home address, actual email address and phone numbers. Just a few more clicks and Google Earth shows you where their house is.

Whats not to like with the new system? But it doesnt seem to work with internet explorer FireFox..... only with Netscape.

Almost as bad as facebook. Any of these things that work just fine cannot be left as is; they have to obfuscate them to drive people nuts and away from using them.

You get used to it. And for a question like this you would go to the yahoo answers section.

There is a big problem when you try to list sources in the new interface. You are limited to one line, which becomes cumbersome and confusing when you are trying to list multiple sources. I wish they would fix that part.

..what purple layout ? Mine hasn't changed. ( lose..not looooose ) People are strange. They get used to something and are loathe to change. ( as Shrek so aptly put it: "Change is GOOD, Donkey" )

Thankfully, mine is still green.
