How to find more mommy friends my age?
This sounds so pathetic. But I've been living in Nevada for about 2 years now moved from cali and I still don't have friends.
I never really get out, I'm a mom and stay home with my baby all day. I'm almost 21 and never really had a lot of friends. I tend to dump them because I've been effed by so many so its hard for me to trust people.
I've tried adding people in my area on fb. And posted ads on cl looking for other young mommies for playdates and what not but no one.
I have a park and pool at my house but no one is ever really around.
It sucks out here, I honestly hate it mainly because I don't have family out here but cali sucks too and is way to expensive to live.specially when you're a young mom.

Look on meetup.com for your city
There are always activities and groups for people, whether it's based on a hobby, or for moms, for younger people, older people, etc.
Join some and see how it goes.

Try meetup.com also I met a lot of cool women when I took a random continuing ed class in fashion. It was expensive, but worth the investment I think.
