How best to keep fudge?

in Florida right now; very hot every day, should I refrigerate or not?

    yes and keep in an air tight container. It will last longer that way and not be runny.

    no need to refrigerate it unless your home is as hot as it is outdoors.

    chocolate and other candies are NOT refrigerated in stores either.
