This sounds suspiciously like religion class homework? I could give you examples but that would be cheating. I will help you out by telling you to do a google search for each example and it will give you examples and you can pick the ones you choose. I really don't understand 1 and 2 aren't the basically the same thing? If this is from your teacher it's not well written because standing up for someone is pretty much the same as protecting them.
Good Luck, there's lots of stuff on the bible in google so it shouldn't take you long.

1. Jesus talking to the Woman at the well, and protecting her against people that were against him.
2. Jesus protecting the woman who committed adultry by asking "Who has no sin cast the first stone?" He protected everyone, himself, and the disciple in that situation.
3. He gave peace to all the people he casted demons from and the Apostles who wrote the New Testament of the Bible.

3 "I come not to bring peace, but to bring a sword" (Matthew 10:34)
2 “The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. And that servant, which knew his lord’s will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.”
—Luke 12:46-47
1 “Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their masters worthy of all honor, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed. And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit.”
—1 Timothy 6:1-2
