What is the critical value of Z a/2, that coresponds to a 82% level of confidence?

I know that the answer comes to Z a/2 = Z.09 = 1.34. But I am missing a step, or table, or something that tells me that Z .09 is actually 1.34. Help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Update:

I just need help to figure out how to get the answer of 1.34. It seems like I have all of the steps, but just missing the last one.

82% level of confidence means the acceptance region shown under the standard normal curve about mean is 0.8200

0.8200/2 = 0.4100 is the area on the left side and 0.4100 is the area on the right side of mean

The z value corresponding to 0.4100 area is 1.34 approximately

(The z value is to be located from the z-scores chart by following the reverse process of determining the area under the standard normal curve corresponding to a certain z value)
