Baby sleeping problems?

Our 13 month old has never been a great sleeper overnight, but she has recently started to wake up between 4:30 and 5:30 am. She generally fades off between midnight and 1:00, and is quite active right up until bedtime. She doesn't nap much during the day, and rarely sits still - even while feeding.

I'm starting to reminisce about the good old days when she'd sleep until 7:00. Any tips or tricks for encouraging a better night's sleep?

I have the same problem. My daughter is three. The only thing that works is taking her out everyday all day.

You can try sleepytime tea, but it may not work. It didn't work for mine but she also didn't like it.

It also may just be a phase and will pass. They're just always so interested in what's going on and end up getting overtired which makes them not want to sleep.

It's hard, I feel your pain lol. Good luck!
