Has that always happened? If so, the humidifier may need to be adjusted to put out more humidity. If not, and this is a newer occurrence you really should have the CPAP machine serviced or buy a new one that has an adjustable humidity setting.

I have the same problem. I've had an especially bad time with the CPAP machine drying out my eyes. I finally went to a doctor, who inserted tear duct plugs in my eyes (the logic behind this is if you plug up the drainage tubes in your eyes, less water will leave your eye and relieve the dryness. Unfortunately, the plug put a huge scratch in my cornea and I had to go back the next day and have them removed. I never went back to the doctor. What I use for my eyes is the Systane gel for overnight. It doesn't cure the problem, but it helps. Not sure what you can use for your throat and mouth. I have heard about products that do add moisture to your mouth and throat--you would need to talk to your doctor about this. I do use chapstick on my lips every night before I go to bed--this may help you, too.
Be sure to discuss these issues with your doctor. It could be your machine isn't set high enough--you could still be snoring which always drys me out. Or, the machine may be set too high--too much pressure drying you out. Also talk to the supplier of your machine--it may be malfunctioning and you aren't getting enough moisture through the humidifier.

you need a water heater for your humidifier, you can get one through insurance most likely. They are adjustable so you can turn it up a little at a time until you get the proper amount of mist.
