" by system <Email Private> via support" in activity log - what does this mean?
In reviewing our activity logs today ( since we can no longer search them post factum - we are now forced to log in any changed we see manually in an excel spreadsheet) I saw a member and this next to them for activity:
by system <Email Private> via support - This member is no longer locatable in our member list either. What does this mean? Very disconcerting.

Hi,
This means that a member of customer care made a change at the customer's request. That type of entry will always appear when a staff member makes a change on behalf of a member or owner.
