Let's take this into deep thought. Obama's a Democrat. He's supposed to get us out of wars and away from them. That's why he's a Democrat. Syria did something extreme, they used chemical weapons to kill rebels. Bad, right? Yes, indeed. Now, he wants to use the USS Nimitz and other vessels to attack them. But why? Yes, this is a problem someone should deal with, but why the US? Obama got nosy and stuck his face into Syrian business. "Hey Assad! That's not nice! Turn over those chemical weapons now or I'll [try] to bomb you!" Finally, Assad gives in. Obama's a hero. It's always a happy ending. What he didn't do is make an agreement with Russia to destroy them. Ah, loopholes, loopholes! Those are gonna come back and jump in his face. Oh look! Russia has sent farts in cans at the US! America's under attack! Why!? Oh wait a second, Obama didn't come to a conclusion that they should be destroyed! Ah poop! So sad! It's all over! Syria has won again...
Darn Russians...
Point is, bottom line, Obama shouldn't have stuck his nose in Syria's business. Take it from the other countries, watch from afar, and say to Assad, "Please, don't do that. Not cool, man."
Well now, everyone has a breaking point, and all the US had to do was push Assad there and let his attempt recoveries do the rest. See, America? No need for death threats! You silly geese!
US is home of the hippies. "Whoa, man, take it easy. Let's all be friends! Take a chill pill!"

"good" is a very subjective term to use. It may mean doing something that results in a favorable outrcome to a certain group of individuals or corporate bodies, well "GOOD" for them.
Has he ever done anything that resulted in a favorable outcome to me personally? hell no.
To people I know? Nope.to the country he presides in? I dont think so. He has a cacophony of paid media chorusing his praises and propaganda material to say hes the greatest thing since sliced bread, but what you see on TV is not real.
To be safe, my answer is
" I do not know, it sure doesnt look like it."

Yes, he fixed International relationships, because now the World listens to the US again, where under George W. the World had stopped listening, all together.
Also he stabilized the economy, improved a lot of humanitarian issues in the US(even though taken care of the poor isn't popular).
So plenty he did right, he also is the a very war-ready President, which is out of character for a Democrat, he basically expanded on George W.'s programs when it comes to fighting terrorism, and gathering intelligence.
All in all, he's a very normal President, with some great things, some good things, some not-so great things, and some bad things.

We do not care much, but he has done a lot for other countries. Like sending Al-Qaeda into Syria to murder all the Christians.

Yes, the Obamacare has extended lives of Americans so that they can have further time to seek God.

You could count his health care reforms, if only his opponents in Congress were not able to block funding for it ?. But being the first (partly) Black President is his biggest achievement of all, surely ?

Your question does not make any sense. I'm guessing that you're a conservative.
