Good quality durable headset?
So for awhile now (can't tell exactly how long) I've had a stereo Razer something or other. Now I want to get a 7.1 surround headset since I do audio work, watch movies and play games competitively. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good quality headset like that. I looked into the Razer Megalodon but it has poor reviews for breaking quickly so anything but Razer and Turtle Beach are acceptable. Also it must be comfortable, my current headset is extremely comfortable to wear.

yeah the megalodon is a bit overpriced in my opinion. the only razer model I'd recommend for 7.1 would be the tiamiat, but if you want other brands, then check out soundblaster (tactic 3d omega) or audio technica (ath m50).
the m50 isn't technically surround sound but i kid you not, it beats just about every other 'gaming' brand in its price range.
