    6.5/10, because the Processor is a bit weak, it may actually bottleneck your 7950 really badly.

    The GHz doesnt determine the quality of the CPU. I'd rather go for a Haswell i5 or i7.

    Especially with water cooling, make sure that you're cooling a CPU worth the cooler.

    I would personally go for Windows 8, because it's cheaper, faster, and not as bad as everyone says (All that's gone is the menu). But I'm not going into this battle again.

    An SSD makes a HUGE difference in speed with boot and program use. Like, Windows 7 would take about 52 seconds on a HDD To boot up, but an SSD can take a matter of < 10 seconds.

    Its ok the CPU is a problem and i would change that i would give it 5/10

    I rate it very low. AMD is garbage. Change your motherboard to Intel DH87MC, and processor to Intel Core i7-4770.

    the build is really good. you will be able to play almost any games with this build.
