Should I skip one day of school because I have my period?
Everytime I get my period my vagina literally kills it's only at the beginning first day. Should I skip school tomorrow cuz I just got it and tomorrow it's gonna kill.
Anyone else ever skip a day because of their period?

Yes, the first day or so of a period can be quite painful. However, you can't skip school every time you get your period - it would mean skipping out of school or work at least one time per month. There are lots of women who have serious cramping who still go to school or to work. Ibuprofen or a prescription medication should relieve most of your pain.
However, there are a few women who do have debilitating pain that doesn't respond to the usual medication used for menstrual pain. If your pain is that extreme, you need to see a gynecologist, find out why your pain is that bad, and get medication which can ease your pain.
FYI, I am one of those women - I didn't have this sort of pain every time, but often enough to understand what it's like when it's bad, bad enough to warrant staying out of school or work.

No don't skip school. First go to school and then if you think its really bad than come back home cause skipping school will make you fall behind especially if ur in high school.

I never have (thought I wanted to). I'd pack a survival pick (over the counter painkillers, pads and tampons, etc). I'd try to stick it out. If it gets too bad, you can always go home.
