Can my green card renewal or citizenship be denied if?
If I haven't worked for 2 years, The reason is I have been suffering from depression, social anxiety and panic attacks. I know i should be a productive member of society but my mental illness will not let me move forward. I'm afraid.
I have never been arrested. No felonies or misdemeanors. I don't use drugs or alcohol.
I do have some unpaid tickets for light rail fare evasion.

What matters is that you have filed your annual income tax returns, even if the income amount is $0.
Strictly speaking, you don't have to file if your income is below the threshold, but in that case you'd have to get a certification letter from the IRS that you were not required to file. That's like going into the lions' den and taking a photo of not being bitten by the lion. Better to file your taxes. If you haven't done that, do it now.

Only potentially if the green card was granted for the sole sake of a specific employer. Otherwise you're fine.

If the Green Card is Permanent you are good to go.
