they were talking on the radio a couple of days ago about UK footballers,being born and bred in the UK but nothing was said about the fact we have a lot of foriegn managers, surely that should be just as important?

    In the end, these are professional football clubs, owned by privateers. They get in managers who can attract top talents. Clearly UK managers lack the pulling power. Ask Moyes.

    We can talk about it all day, but clubs are a business. They need to be successful to sustain their investments.

    i agree there are double standards on this, its a conundrum, this all started by european directives but the fa and the premier league allegedly have made this confusion great question!
