Private replies sent via neo message poster to Apple Devices are base64 illegible?

Actually is affecting way more then just moderator notifications of pending messages. It also affects ANY private reply sent via NEO Message poster to anyone with an APPLE product regardless of their mail client ( Ymail for iphone / Gmail for iphone/ mac mail on computer/ mail on iphone/ outlook for mac). Messages are illegible as they are base64 encoded. This is occurring as of 10/8 when Yahoo! made a change to the NEO message poster.

Please help us by fixing this and prioritizing so that our participants can enjoy the new groups.

    Thank you for reporting this issue. I believe its related to that other issue you reported on a previous post. I'll file a bug and see if we can't get this resolved. Can you per chance send the escalations team an example screenshot showing the garbled text? This will make it easier to explain to the engineers.
