Truffle flavours needed?
I am making 6 flavoured truffles as part of my Christmas presents and have now learnt how to temper chocolate and make ganache however I now need flavours. So far I have made strawberry filling, orange but that didn't work out, oreo and white chocolate, peanut butter and wine. The strawberry one is staying however the others I wasn't happy with so I need some simple flavours that can go with either milk white or dark.
Next is mint and am going to try to make it like after eights and I should mention that I got the how to from howtocookthat.net
Thanks in advance

As this is the beer, wine and spirits area I would suggest rum. But you'll probably get better answers if you pose your question in a more appropriate area.

Orange is SOOOO refreshing with chocolate that I personally would work on that one some more till you get it right.
Raspberry is great with chocolate too.
