What do you follow when your heart and brain both don't know what they want?

But it's not really me following Nature, it's more like Nature following Nature

Your Heart knows what it wants, your brain only figures out how to get it.

The problem occurs when the Heart wants more than one thing but having one excludes the other.

In the end the Brain will figure out which one has the greatest benefit or which one causes the least pain.

Follow the leader leader leader follow the leader

I usually wait until one of them gives me the better choice. I find the heart usually wins out.

You follow your gut

simply go along with the stream, till you regain some strenght

You either sit still and quiet and wait or you take a step in any direction and adjust from there.

Follows what has been taught in your religion :)
