doing a gall bladder cleanse it feeling like this normal?

I`ve been having gall-bladder issues for over a week and while awaiting the doctors news from the test I took I decided to undertake the gall-bladder cleanse. I was unsure of using the epsom salt so I did the rest and forgo the Epsom salt. Now three hours later after taking the concoction of olive oil and grapejuice I feel horrible. Like I`m full on oil in my blood, my mouth on top of being nauseated. I didn`t realize the oil would get in my blood stream. How do I stop this? I want all this oil out and out fast. I feel overly oily. When I spit I see bit of oil in my spit I wasn`t expecting this. I`m getting an anxiety attack over this and can`t find anything related to how I`m feeling. Help

Update:

I took about 1/3 cup when they say to take 1/2 cup of oil and jus from one grape fruit, about 1/2 cup. I ended up throwing up something nasty and worst foul then normal puke. I so not recommend this to anyone. I managed to sleep the rest of the night with two pillows to prop my head up to keep the acid and oil down. Now this morning I feel like my joints are overly lubed. My skin is soft which is the only good side. We will see later if I actually pass anything but I can stated that I will never ingest an oil concotion in my life. This is the third time I ingest oil for various reason and each time with a different oil and each time super discusting. Heck, even my eyes feel like they have oil in them. I hope this feeling will go soon, really not plaisant at all. Maybe that`s why they say to have theEspsom salt. No matter I`m not taking oil again. had a night to remember but not on the pleasant side. I`ll keep with the apple juice and apple cider, flax seed tea since those help with the

There is no such thing as a gall bladder cleanse. There is no such thing as a cleanse. It's all marketing.

When you ingest oil, some of it digests and the rest of it doesn't, which makes you feel weird. It passes right out the other end. You gave yourself indigestion, so you had to sleep sitting up. Epsom salt is a laxative, which you also don't need unless you are constipated.

Wait for the doctor to tell you what to do, and stop trying to find remedies on the web. It's all crap marketing. Anything that says detoxify or cleanse is pure quackery, garbage, and fraud.
