slow erection by dieting?

I have a moderate sensitivity to gluten. After almost a year on this way of eating, I have found my self from time to time combating allot of minor problems like sleepiness, and a few emotional things because i'm doing it on my own. One of which I've noted that my sex drive is some what reduced. I wonder if there is a particular substance i'm not getting that is directly involved.

I pretty much have vitamins covered. Minerals a little less so (zinc, iron, calcium), and essential amino acids i'm only taking one (lysine) .

For the most part, my body is quite now and all the associated problems with gluten's disease are gone, but i'm certainly a different person now and I feel at being 38 years old, I should still want sex more and give my girlfriend a session that's allot more involved like I used to when I was younger.

Thoughts please and reference information if you can.

IMO it is for reasons other than removing gluten from the diet. Our health and vitality as men is maximized by a diet of raw fruits, raw veggies, nuts, seeds and quality meats. Gluten is not necessary to any of our key processes. Moreover it can be established that in many cases we do better when avoiding it.

I wrote an article on my health blog regarding testosterone, vitality and natural ways to boost and maintain them. I do believe it would offer you additional insight to your situation. The article was inspired by observing the increase in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in men. I see guys as young as their late teens seeking out TRT nowadays; it is IMO growing to epidemic status. I am not a fan of TRT unless used as a last-ditch effort. The reason is that our body adjusts to the outside source of testosterone, thereby suppressing our natural production of it. Essentially TRT creates a strong dependency upon further TRT due to the suppression - because our body is never supported to up production on its own. But rather than reiterate everything here, I will leave the link for ya.

    Best of luck,

    Derek

22 and no erection? Don't worry! Some girls have no interest in sex at 22, only to discover it more enjoyable in later years, even the big O later in life. Sexual difficulties are a two way street. Give it time, all things will balance out. Remember it may not be just one reason why he has erection difficulties, it can be several reasons. A man cannot just say yeah its a cause of this..., lets fix it. Ok I am happy now, lets do it!.. Not so fast! not that easy, right? If something was bothering you would you feel like having sex at that moment? Give him his space and he will come back like a tiger. Give him understanding, and be patient, dont show your frustation. Sure its great and fun to think it is a popsicle but there is a person behind it. Nurture his heart and the wilted flower will rise.
