Youtube and Copyright help?!?
Okay so basically if you wrote a song and posted it on youtube that would be okay because you own it and stuff. But if in the song lyrics there is references to famous singer's song titles, is it okay to use that? Also if you have to put some sort of disclaimer up, how would it go?
The song is not making fun of the songs or singers, more like just making up a story using the title of some famous songs, from the 50's to 90's.
So yeah please answer! :)

Copyright does not protect song titles.

Use, not monetize. Do not forget to accept the copyright claims they will send you.
