This is probably due to my location but I grew up with star trek, star trek tng and the rest so it's Star Trek without a doubt. I do like Dr. Who but haven't really watched it that much.

Doctor Who by far - each time there is a new season I get far too overly excited.
I've never watched Star Trek and I've never plan to really.

They're both classics but I prefer Star Trek, mainly because I haven't seen much doctor who (I'm a horrible person, I know :P)
