How can I leave an anonymous tip with the FAA?
I'm a pilot and I need to leave a tip with the FAA for some (what I feel are) pretty serious actions violating Part 61 (and others) of the FAR's that has me potentially losing thousands of dollars, but I don't know how to leave a tip with the FAA anonymously.
How should I do that? And should I contact the FSDO, the regional office, or OKC?
Thanks!

The FAA contact website for "whistle-blowers" is here: http://www.faa.gov/contact/safety_hotline/ however, the FAA does not accept anonymous tips. You MUST identify yourself. If what you have to report is potentially self-incriminating, fill out a NASA ASRS form first. If you've filed one of the NASA reports in the last 3 years, as we suspect you have based on a question you posted awhile back, you're S.O.L. You can also contact the local FSDO, since any report you make will come back to you through them anyway.

They have a self-reporting program that will give you some level of immunity, if that is the situation. It is called ASRS.
