Should I include this in my list of activities for college apps?

I already have a three activities on my applications, but none of them are related to my school (figure skating, serving at my church, and babysitting). I didn't participate much in my school, but I did join Socratic club sophomore year and joined it again senior year, but dropped out due to lack of time.

When I go to college I plan to be very involved, at the very least in a sorority or a singing group.

And I'm already in good academic standing straight A's and B's, most A's if it helps. Also, I am 25/119 in my class ranking.

Should I mention Socratic Club?
