1 year old has a rise in toenail??!!?

So I just noticed this morning my 13 month old daughter has a 1 spot on her big toenail down kind of close to her cuticle it feels as if it is rised up a bit from the rest of her toenail. She has not injured it or if she did she never cried or anything from it. Is this a cause for concern? What could this be?

    White spots in finger and toe nails can mean that someone is not getting the proper nutrition. Just to be on the safe side I would take her to a doctor.

    It's the toe nail growing in a wrong direction it's quite common
