  • 6 days off the pill and still period!!?

I have been on the junel 21 day pack for about 5 months now. I didnt take the last 3 pills of my pack and it has been 6 days and i still have not gotten my period.

I didnt take the last 3 pills because i do feel like i might be pregnant. Maybe just paranoid...i did take test last week which was neg. But im just curious is it normal for me to not have my period yet or is there a good chance i could be pregnant? And when should i take another test?

Is it because i stopped taking it early? This has never happened to me before I always get a withdrawal bleed?

  • Can an evaporation line be PINK?

Well I took a dollar tree test yesterday about 4 pm. And it was negative. I looked at the test again this morning about 530 ( I know your not supposed too) and there was a line! Not even faint it was there!! I took another test and it was negative... So I'm guessing I'm probably not pregnant..

I thought evaporation lines were gray or shadowy. So is it really possible for them to be pink? Idk I'm just going crazy cause everything I see online says there not the same color as the test. I plan on taking another test next week but I want to know others experience with this?

  • gender reveal/baby shower ideas?

Ok my sister is right now almost 11 weeks and my mom and I are wanting to to host her a gender reveal party but nobody wants 2 different parties so i am trying to figure out how to do it all together... like i am thinking letting all the guest know the gender but keep it a secret from my sis and letting her open a box with balloons come out as just a simple reveal for herself. I am thinking doing this when she is 25 weeks so she doesnt have to wait TOO long to know the gender but not TOO early for a shower. I had mine at about 25 weeks and glad i did cause i had preterm labor from 30 weeks until i had her at 36 weeks.... i am just looking for any sort of ideas for this open to any and all suggestions. Thanks :)

  • Signs of autism in toddler?

Ok so I'm a first time mom and my daughter just turned 15 months old. I am just starting to wonder if she maybe has autism or if she is just a normal toddler. Well I am only starting to be concerned because I decided to Google why she flips over all her toys and a bunch of stuff came up about autism.... Like she is really obsessed with flipping her toys over. She has a learning activity table she has been turning upside down since she was about 11 months old.. And she will sit on it. Like instantly she just turns it. She has a tricycle, she flips. A wheelbarrow... Everything and if I turn them right she yells at me and. Flips it back upside down.. She's obsessed with buttons. If a toy has a button she just sits there and presses it over and over. And something I seen on a list was hand flapping. When she gets excited she will flap her hands around. I really don't know like is this normal behavior or could she be showing a few signs of autism ?

Oh and another thing! We have all hardwood floors and I guess she finds my hair lol and she will sit there forever and just hold it between her fingers and run her fingers across it and put it in her mouth and kind of floss with it lol.. Gross I know

  • How soon after intercourse can implantation bleeding occur?

I am on birth control pills but I will be honest and say I have not been taking it at the same time every day. I try to but sometimes I'm busy doing something and forget for a few minutes to a few hours. Ok i can't remember the last time I had intercourse but I know it was about 2 weeks ago. But I have been had some vaginal spotting of a pinkish red color twice in the last 24 hours when i wiped.

I still have another week of pills before my period is due. And the last week I have done good at tasking my pills At correct time. It is not normal for me to spot on the pill either.

I took a hpt test this morning and it was negative.

  • How to become a neonatal nurse?

I am 20 years old and I have already taken some of my classes in community college on the path to nursing school. I have only taken a few reading, math and English classes and had to take a break because I got pregnant. Well now my daughter is one year old and I am getting back into school starting out in getting my CNA (certified nursing assistant) I start that on Monday!! Well I have always went back and forth on what in nursing I want to do and I started thinking about neonatal and I am curious do you have to go to school particularly for that or could I become a RN and choose to go work in the neonatal unit? I'm not sure if that's how it works or when I go back if I should talk to the college about changing my classes

  • Evap line, indent line what is it?

I took a blue dye pregnancy test 3 days ago and there was a thin blue line that was really faint and only really noticeable near the light. I took another blue dye test the next day and it was the same thing, I took same pink dye test yesterday and it was negative and no line. Same thing this morning.? But my question is I thought evaporation lines or indent lines were white or grey ? What could have causes the blue lines? I don't get it. I even took the test apart to see if I was imagining the lines being there and they were there.

If I only had unprotected sex BEFORE switching?

I had the nexplanon implant and i switched to the pill the same day of removal but I had unprotected sex a few days before switching I'm just curious if it could be possible? I want to know before I waste money on a test.

  • Hives in 13 month old?

My daughter broke out in hives yesterday morning and had them all day I didn't even know they were hives so I took her to the doctor and he said to give her Zyrtec at bedtime for a week and if she is still having them he will do a blood test to find the cause. But she isn't having hives anymore since her first dose if Zyrtec last night. My question is, is the Zyrtec keeping the hives from appearing and they might come back after I stop giving it to her? I am wondering because it seemed as if our dog was the cause. Every time she messed with him the hives would spread all over her stomach and sides

  • 1 year old has a rise in toenail??!!?

So I just noticed this morning my 13 month old daughter has a 1 spot on her big toenail down kind of close to her cuticle it feels as if it is rised up a bit from the rest of her toenail. She has not injured it or if she did she never cried or anything from it. Is this a cause for concern? What could this be?

  • What do you do if you have a milk allergy or intolerance?

My 1 year old has been on whole milk for a couple weeks and she has been vomiting small amounts several times a day, burping been real fussy. I called the advise line at her doctor and they made me an appt to make sure she isn't sick but she said it sounds like the milk isn't settling well on her tummy. Which makes sense to me come to think of it because I fed her a lot of yogurt the other day and she threw up several times afterwards. I'm just curious what would she drink if it is the milk. I was told whole milk until age 2

  • Should i call the doctor?

My 1 year old daughter has been really fussy for 5 days now just Whining and been more sleepy like last night she went to bed at 530 and woke up at 8 this morning and she took a 3 hour nap the other day that I had to wake her up from. Anyways I have been thinking it's all just from teething but is just took her temperature rectally and it's 100.2 I know that is only considered a low grade fever but i worry to death anytime she gets a fever cause when she was 3 months old she got a fever 103 really quick and I don't know I just worry. Can teething cause a temperature that high or could she be sick?

  • What is wrong with me am I just overly paranoid?

I am 20 years old... I always have the feeling someone is in my house and when I come out of a room or down the hall some one Is going to grab me and kill me slit my throat or something.. I even picture it in my head and everything I hate this feeling.. It terrifies me... I also have a 1 year old and I constantly have to go and check on her because I get this really overwhelming feeling that something is wrong..that she's stopped breathing or wrapped up in her blanket or gone..I have never talked about this to anybody because we'll I don't want people to think I'm crazy. I just am always playing out really horrible things in my head that are happening to me usually. This feeling is really starting to scare me and make me think maybe I am going crazy and get help so I just want to know if others experience this and maybe it's normal

    Is this normal?

Am I alone in this feeling or do others experience this?

  • How do you feed a one year old?

Mostly milk wise is what I am confused about? My daughter will be one year old in 4 days.. I can barely get her to drink from a sippy cup so I am worries about breaking her from a bottle.. Do I put milk in sippy cup? How much milk should she drink a day? She is pretty much done with baby food, she has started doing good with solid foods. So I know she goes off formula on to whole milk but how do I do the transition and do I put it in a sippy cup?

  • Can the doctors do anything for my one year old?

My daughter will be 1 in about 2 weeks and she has bad seasonal allergies I have taken her to the doctor twice and it been just from allergies. The first time I took her she was about 8-9 months old and she was coughing and choking on her mucus and they just said it was allergies and she moved a certain way and knocked the mucus loose and started draining and she panicked and her air ways were never blocked to just give her some Benadryl. Well anyway I can hear when she breaths like she has mucus in there and she has been coughing and choking on it today and I have been giving her Benadryl the last couple days and obviously it isn't helping! She sounds pitiful especially when she sleeps. Should I take her to the doctor and see if they can get her some prescription allergy medicine or something?
