Anti-Homosexual advocates, a question for you?

Christians opposed to gay marriage are usually closet gays themselves.

Civil unions are not a good answer.

There are 1500 laws pertaining to marriage. To create civil unions you have to create 1500 new laws that match the marriage laws or it is not equal.

On top of this, what civil unions do is segregate people into two classifications and gives a different set of laws to each class. Sound familiar? You might as well give LGBT separate drinking fountains.

All that needs to change is the definition of a civil marriage. Religious nut-jobs will still be able to go around claiming they know what God does and does not like as much as they want (and it will still coincidentally match their own fears), but love will win in the end. We will have marriage equality.

We object to homosexuality because in is a sin, and because it is an affront to nature, and God. We object to SSM not simply because it changes the definition of marriage, but because we consider marriage a sacred union between a Man and a Woman. Giving same sex couples, "every single legal benefit of marriage but called it something else" would in effect codify something that is a sin and an affront to nature and God. It is about morality.

lets put this aspect into a more clear light. ..........

Its not like the ordinary 10 commandments being broken...its far worse. Since jesus took the time to come down and burn the crap out of the city of soddom.....and then, we as a people named a sexual gay act after it.....then we can assme just off the cuff that gay life is not exactly the sort of sexual act Jesus had in mind when he endorsed marriage.

it really doesnt matter what we as mortals think about gay sex......what matters is..what God thinks of it.

And if I............condone..endorse, allow....campain for Gay life...I just might be standing over that perilis ground when jesus decides to come down here and perform another .....burn down......

..when our young begin to endorse the marriage or union of same sex......then our young have been brain washed ................summarily, and we face a whole generation of pervse sexual behavior...

and after that...........?...why God just might forget his love for us and allow a foreign nation to over come us.....is gay life really worth the falling of a great nation....AMERICA?

Gay marriage will never be valid. Two men or two women can't become one like one man and one woman.

Actually that isn't the reason a lot of people do not support gay marriage.

The main reason is because it is against the bible.

I would be all for it. I am all about freedom. Even the freedom to go to hell if that's what you want.

Civil Unions are available and you can give them every other civil right associated with marriage

But they don't want that...you want the legitimacy of marriage to cover the illegitimacy of their sin
