It should run it at medium to high settings with some lagging at high settings , the specs are good for running BF4 ,even better for running BF3 at hiigh settings

Yes, it will run high settings on your laptop, but if you play it for too long. It might burn the gpu. because your laptop doesn't has a good air flow
