Australian mist for first time cat breed?

    Sure if you can even find a breeder within a thousand miles of you and have the MINIMUM $1,000 to buy one. This is a new breed with VERY few breeders.

    Why do you want one? I'm betting you've never even seen one in person, have you?

    I've got to meet the Mists now (very new breed in the US). They are nice cats but not a lot of breeders and the price will be $600+ for a pet kitten.

    I own Ocicats and prefer the more dramatic spotted pattern compared to the more subdued mist effect on the Australian Mist cats.
