Will I need my FOID card to buy a build-it-yourself Traditions flintlock rifle kit in Illinois?
I live in Illinois and I'm thinking about buying a build it yourself flintlock kit made by Traditions and I'm just wondering if it is a FOID transaction as in is there the typical waiting period and will I need my FOID card and all that or can I just go in and leave the store with the kit at the same time?

Since it's the People's Republic of Illinois, take the card along just in case.
