Why Do Cons Call It "Liberal Media" When Only One Network is Owned By Liberals?

The right calls it "Liberal media", the left calls it "right wing media". The fact of the matter is, it is impossible to please everyone when you choose how you represent facts. Someone, somewhere, will always find a way to accuse you of bias, and they are probably right about it too.

Conservatives call it the "Liberal Media" because that's what they are told it is: And, most conservatives (or so it seems) totally believe whatever they hear come across FOX News and FOX Radio.

But, things are worse than you think ... In 2011, conservatively owned COMCAST took control of NBC and MSNBC ... To give a time reference, Keith Olbermann was fired very shortly after COMCAST's replacement as CEO took over at MSNBC. Since then, COMCAST has been involved in taking complete ownership from GE of all of NBC. So, although MSNBC is the predominant source for news from a left-wing perspective on TV, one has to wonder at what is being left out or moderated.

btw ... I wasn't aware that ABC, CBS, and CNN are conservative owned networks. Do you have any links to verify that?

If you understand what is happening in the news, you can compare how it is covered by the different channels. If you understand communication, then you can tell when a news channel is purposefully omitting information or when they are telling the news story in a way which is flattering to one side or the other or is very unflattering to the other side. Compare them for yourself and you will see what I mean as far as the bias goes. All of the stations you listed with the exception of FOX have an obvious liberal bias.

There is no massive and widespread liberal media. The media is mostly middle of the road or conservative. Liberals don't need their views parroted to them daily which is why the conservative media has such high ratings, the news is average, and the few outlets that are liberal are hanging on by the skin of their teeth.

Same reason they have primary challenges to incumbent congressmen with 90+ ratings from conservative groups - if you don't agree with them 100% you are a liberal in their view.
