Criticize Yahoo answers ?

I wrote that thought the new format was terrible and that a small child could have done better given that there are many complaints one would have thought that reasonable but it appears not to be the case I received a vio for it makes you wonder are the team that run the site not that open to criticism or defending what most here are complaining about over to you .

Update:

And who or whom did I insult Jon fact is that much worse using language has been said about the new format so keep it real dude.

At least Candy Kane's answer was a reflection of what most are thinking it is a pity we use a bot to determine what is in the guidelines rather than good old fashioned common sense.

Your one answer is most likely correct.

We have a real problem with members who never report anything no matter how bad it is. That encourages trolls to make everyone's life Hell. The only way to stop trolls is to report their activity.

Trolls don't stop with asking ugly questions and giving ugly answers. They slam people with thumbs down, and they report unfounded violations.

There are also some Level 7 members with a lot of points that abuse their power. That is really sad. What joy they get from this? I really don't know.

I don't know what your question said, but I know that a lot of complaints have been allowed to remain on Y/A. I'm guessing you ran into a cranky moron who felt like picking on someone.

I'm really sorry that happened to you. It's happened to me too. I know how it feels.

Check the Community Guidelines. Once you are certain that you didn't break the rules? Please file an appeal. I have had more than one violation overturned. You can too. Good luck!

    they don't care to correct.

Imo, if you had legit criticism, you'd not have to resort to petty insults.
