I was wondering, are the "feel good" stories about the AHCA?
real or just PR from the firm hired to do a number on the public? I'm for health care for all, but after hearing that a PR firm was hired to make it look good to us, I began to wonder. So far, only the president has chosen who gets a waiver, which requirements must be met, and what prices are affordable. I know my coverage was cut back due to the language of the law--my insurance company told me, but I have no other choice because of premium issues. My doctors and hospital do accept Medicare AND private insurance, but I know of several which no longer accept Medicare because of the fee cuts. Is this really the way to go? Why does the government feel it's necessary to hire a PR firm?

CLEAN TRUCK.....Get real.....everyone lies, cheats and steals to get what they want including the conservatives......
They hired a PR firm because the opposition hires PR firms.....
the questions are....
Does the plan meet my health care needs?
Is the health care affordable?
Is the new health care program "really" good for the nation?
Does the new health care program create more problems / more dependency?
SCREW POLITICS...... this is not right or left this is live or die
Has the new health care law solved the problem or created greater problems?
How will the new health care program impact the availability / quality of health care?
Does having 1900 exemptions to the law indicate it might not be good to try and get a "one size fits all" approach to the problems?
Will our best and brightest go into a career where the government doubles the work and limits the profits?
How has the new health care program impacted employment.... productivity.....outsourcing..... etc? Why would an employer stay here ....earn half the profit..... risk going out of business.....when he can go overseas and not pay healthcare costs? Will the consumer pay higher product and service costs or want cheap imports..... live elsewhere ( note 45,999 Americans live in Costa Rica and spend their money there.....why can they not retire here???)

With AHCA being Barack's signature hope, all the stops need to be pulled out to make sure AHCA is something. Remember hiring a PR firm is an expenditure that could have paid many doctor visits for the poor.
