Super Advanced Whey Protein won't fully dissolve?
Even though I follow the serving instruction, which is to mix 1 scoop of the powder with 1 cup (actual measurement, not just literally a glass) of milk, it won't fully dissolve. Tons of little globs keep floating at the surface after like a minute of mixing. Does that mean it's poor quality protein or am I just messing up the measurements somehow? Not sure how I could be messing it up but hey.

Yes, never get Wally World protein, unless it's a last resort. There are fillers in there, that's why it's cheap. If you use a blender, it'll dissolve better.

That's how you know it's not super or advanced. Yes, it's poor quality protein. There may be some good ones that are unbelievably expensive. Just buy a bunch of steaks instead.
