They have only signed a contract for 3 as of right now. There have been talks that both DC and Marvel are attempting to build both The Avengers and Justice League of America in order to make a movie putting the two against each other. Just like the Avengers were put together by making all their own separate movies and then coming together, that is what they are doing for the Justice League by starting with Batman vs. Superman movie set to release in 2015. But look out for the Avengers 2, because it is said that one of the characters will die.
