    IMPOSSIBLE to answer.

Read the admission requirements for the program you are interested in pursuing. Every university and every degree has different requirements.

My niece became a nurse practitioner with that undergrad degree. She enrolled in the RN/NP program in a public university in Northern California. It did take a few years, and it wasn't easy, but when she told me afterwards that she wanted to be a nurse after getting a bachelor's degree in public health, I thought she wanted to be an RN but of course she's very happy doing what she's doing right now.

MPH programs are ubiquitous. You can easily search online and find dozens and dozens to choose from. There really are few job prospects in public health with less than a masters.
