What is the BEST form in which to eat corn?

What form is best when eating/cooking/preparing corn ingredients? Like is corn chips or tortillas ideal, or grits not so good? Is corn meal okay or not as good as another form? What about corn oil or corn milk or corn niblets/on-the-cob? Is popcorn the best or the worst or okay? Does anyone know for sure?

I like corn pasta (Sam Mills Pasta d'Oro). It's low carb, gluten free, and it doesn't cost much more than regular pasta if you order it off Amazon. A good way to make corn on the cob is to brush it with mayo or olive oil, roll it in parmesan cheese (the real grated kind not the powder crap) and grill it.

Corn is corn. I like it removed from the cob myself...the corn on the cob process is just way too messy.

Corn on a cob, right from mother earth. Chips are processed and not good.

If anything, in its natural (non-GMO) "whole-food" form.

Around 95% of the corn grown/sold in the USA is Frankenstein GMO garbage however, so you pretty much have to go certified organic to avoid the GMO.
