Explain how to determine resistance in a circuit by using a ammeter

To use an ammeter you have to break the circuit and insert the meter along the direction of the current. By doing that you are allowing the current to flow through the meter and its reads the current in amps. Once you find the total amps you add up the resistors. And remember to add them properly because resistors in series add differently than resistors in parallel.
Now finding the relationship between voltage current and resistance is very easy.
Remember
Current = voltage / resistance
Voltage = current x resistance
Resistance = voltage / current
So once you find the answer to one you already know the answer to the other.
To measure voltage just connect the meter along the circuit with red going to the side with the battery and black going to ground.
