So i noticed every year my dark brown hair gets lighter in the summer what causes this? And is there a way to get it even more lighter without dyeing?

Ok. I always wanted to take jazz dance but I feel like im to old and you need to start at a young age. I feel like if I go to beginners everyone is going to know how to do it and im going to be the only one that is completely new to this. Is there other good dances I could take.
