I have never danced before I am 14 can I take Jazz?
Ok. I always wanted to take jazz dance but I feel like im to old and you need to start at a young age. I feel like if I go to beginners everyone is going to know how to do it and im going to be the only one that is completely new to this. Is there other good dances I could take. I want to get exercise to. Thank you!

I started jazz 2 years ago (I just turned 13) and I feel like I have improved SO much from my first performances. You're never too old to start dancing. Just remember to work hard also out of the studio, I mean like stretching etc. Please start, you're not too old!

There is no such thing as starting to late with dance. Jazz is an amazing style and helps improve a ton with strength, flexibility, and overall technique. Go for it! Dancing is an amazing way to express yourself, get fit, and release endorphins(:

NEVER! YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD! Believe me. My sister came and began jazz at age 14 and the girls were about just as experienced as she was.

I took my first jazz class at 31 and just finished my 6th year of it. You are no where near too old. I have improved so much since then and you will be fine in your class.
"I feel like if I go to beginners everyone is going to know how to do it and im going to be the only one that is completely new to this"---well that just isn't true, if they knew what they were doing they wouldn't be in a "beginner" class...that is where you learn to do everything...
Here is my adult advanced beginner/intermediate level jazz class, if we can dance in our 30s and 40s you can do it at 14. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8hiIN9BZ0A&index=...

Of course. There is no age limit. Everyone can dance if he really want it.
