Well, I went to google and typed in "swiss wedding traditions and customs" found these websites. After scanning through a few of them, there isn't a whole lot that is completely different than American weddings, or stuff that I've seen at weddings before. (I'm assuming you're American.) But some of it was interesting, Like "kidnapping the bride" the Swiss does that???

Assuming the bride and groom are ready, since that's a pretty major point.... Budget. Guest List. Personal Taste- winter white weddings, theme weddings, spring flowers, autumn, beach, Halloween, hot pink.... what do the bride & groom like, and what will set the tone for everything else?
