Weird mental scenario problem? Help!?

I have a problem where I think of a random scenario in my head and then it happens sometimes, dangerous ones. For example, I was talking to a friend a couple nights ago and she was letting her dog outside to run around in the yard and I thought "what if someone or something was outside, something that could hurt her or her dog, should i tell her to go back inside? and then she starts freaking out saying "Oh my God Oh my God" and I ask her whats wrong and she said "dude, there's a bear on the yard!" And she calls her dog inside and then it was term to freak out. And another instance I was at Universal studios Orlando and I was riding the Simpsons ride and thinking I wonders if they could change the audio so like every time you rode it was different next thing I know Homer says something he's never said before, later that day I was walking around the park and thinking "wouldn't it be weird if I say my best friend" and surprise 5 seconds later I see her and her family walk past me. Why???
