Can i change who has legal consent control over me?
Basically my mum is horrible. She blackmails me to do what she wants in order to have a life!
I am wondering if i can appeal for my dad to be the one who can give consent for me, as he is sane. Is there a way to do this? p.s. I'm 15

Grow up or hand yourself into Social Services and go into care.....then your mum will not seem half as bad as you make out she is.
She is entitled to some life of her own as one day you will leave home and not need her.

No. You are just being a silly kid who wants to get her own way. Your dad would have to start Court Action and prove your Mother is an unfit parent. This would cost him thousands. Nothing you can do but grow up.

your dad would need to go to court and ask the judge to grant him custody. that would involve him having to prove your mother isn't fit to raise you.
