How do you revitialize honey after it solidifies?
I have a lot of honey stored for emergencies or whatever, but after a few years, it gets pretty solid.... so how can it be restored?

I have this problem sometimes. put the jar of honey into a plastic bag and seal. bring one large metal pot of water to a rolling boil. remove from heat. place bag with jar in it completely into pot of water. place pot in microwave. set for 5 minutes. you may see some sparks but that's normal, that's the sugar crystals liquefying. Heat it. Put the honey container in a pot of hot water, it will liquefy in a few minutes.
