    These three.

    -Temperature

    Yup. Oxygen is less soluble in warmer water.

    -pressure over the liquid

    Yup. The bottom of the ocean has a lot of pressure on it from the weight of the water above. Being deep means it's far from the surface, which is where the oxygen-containing atmosphere is, you know. Also being deep means dark and no photosynthesis.

    -presence of solutes

    Yup. Presence of hemoglobin or hemocyanin causes blood to take up way more oxygen than pure water would.
